Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from FluxFinds.

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with original tags, if applicable

Non-returnable items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items
- Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items, if applicable

How to start a return:
To request a return, contact us at support@findmyflux.net with your order number and the reason for your return.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@findmyflux.net with your order number and photos of the issue.
